What is Black Supernova Productions specialty?
Black Supernova Productions is a photography and graphic design company. We produce eye-catching, quality content that will tell your brand’s story and leave a lasting impression for the world to see.
What type of graphic designs do you create?
BSP creates graphic designs for any sort of digital or print marketing materials. This includes business cards, training certificates, flyers, IG highlight covers, logos, product labels, newsletters, "thank you" mailers, and much more. How do I book photoshoot?
All photography sessions should be booked through our online system. If client is uncertain of what package to purchase, please email us at blacksupernovaproductions@gmail.com
Do you have a studio?
Not yet but if a client would like to shoot in a particular studio or private location, it is the clients responsibility to book and pay independently. BSP photography sessions can be done in surrounding outside locations or inside the home if space is allotted. There are some great places in the DFW area for photography.
How will I receive my photos or graphic design?
Clients will receive a link to the online portal to view all proofs and final photos selected. Clients will receive a dropbox link or email with attached graphic designs.
How long does it take to receive the photos back?
The link will be sent in 5-7 business days for proofs. Final selections will be sent in 3 business days depending on how quickly a client responds to proofs.
Do you photoshop images?
Pictures are print ready once edited. This means adjusting exposure, cropping, and other "corrections" to make the photo look great. I try to use limited to no Photoshop or Lightroom, however some sessions might require me to do so. If bigger corrections are needed such as braces removal, slimming, or extensive blemishes will be quoted per hour which is not included in package deal.
What if I want to purchase more images?
If clients would like more pictures than package offers, there is a $15 charge per image edited.
Do I provide prints?
Clients may purchase print through online gallery for photography session. Clients will be given a quote when inquiring for a graphic design.
Do you help with concept or ideas?
I suggest that clients search on Pinterest if that are having difficulties creating a particular idea or look. Pinterest has a lot of different concepts that we can create together. Also, social media is a good place to search, preferably IG. Of course we can collaborate and come up with a theme for a shoot.
Do you provide props?
We do own some props for babies and kids but props and or sets are provided by the clients until future studio.
Do you travel?
All photography sessions must be within 25 mile radius of location listed. If location is greater than 25 miles, client must be quoted per mile separate from package pricing.
What if it rains on the day of my shoot?
In the case of inclement weather, your shoot will be rescheduled. This is the only time where deposits can be refunded or transferred to another date.
